People, always brush your teeth twice a day!

How can we keep our teeth healthy and strong:
  1. Brush your teeth twice a day.
  2. After eating or drinking sugary things, brush your teeth otherwise it might cause holes in your teeth.
  3. If your baby teeth is moving, keep moving it because it means that the adult teeth wants to come out.
  4. Remember to drink water or milk because it's healthier than other drinks.
